The year is already off to a fast start and many of us in Customer & Product Support are preparing for the upcoming HELI-EXPO 2011 that will be held March 5-8 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
HELI-EXPO is the world’s largest trade show dedicated to the international helicopter community. This event is designed for everything helicopter-related, covering a vast space with nearly 600 exhibiting companies.
This event provides Honeywell the opportunity to create new and enhance existing customer relationships. It also gives us the chance to meet with many of our key customers and get their feedback on the progress where making in customer service and in delivering a great customer experience. As we’ve mentioned before, we look to our customers’ feedback as one of many indicators to measure our performance and determine if we’re still focusing our resources on what’s important to our customers.
At Honeywell’s exhibit booth, members of our Customer & Product Support team will be available to assist with any questions you may have about our customer service solutions and to demonstrate our leading aviation products and services in military and civil aviation.
