If you read my previous post, I announced Debbie Nevins as the new vice president of our Global Technical Operations organization. I’d like to update you on another recent leadership change to our Aerospace Customer and Product Support team. Maura Shaffer will be transitioning as the new vice president of our Defense & Space Customer Support organization filling Debbie’s vacated position.
Maura served as the vice president of our eBusiness organization, and was a frequent guest blogger. If you followed her posts, Maura and her team transformed the Aerospace portal using customer-facing technologies that simplified the customer web experience with increased availability of online access to needed tools and data.
Maura will be responsible our Defense & Space customer service for more than 25,000 Defense & Space vehicles worldwide. She will lead a team of customer support professionals across the globe that provides best-in-class customer support that differentiates Honeywell from its competitors and is responsible for driving in-service product reliability and availability.
