As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, our Aerospace Global Technical Operations team has been working to simplify our processes to respond faster to our customers technical needs. We recognize many opportunities still exist, but we’re making great strides with our improvements and seeing positive results for our effort.
Last month, Honeywell received a 2008 CustomerSat Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE)™ Award from MarketTools, Inc. The ACE awards certify, acknowledge and celebrate outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction. Our team was recognized for Field Service Engineer Support customer satisfaction. What a great start to the New Year!
We continually look to industry and third-party surveys as a key indicator to measure our performance from a customer perspective, to identify improvements to raise our best-in-class service, and to ensure our organization drives accountability and a customer satisfaction culture into every employee's daily behaviors to help our customers succeed. The ACE award demonstrates to our team that we’re focusing our resources on what’s important to our customers.
Since 2005, the annual ACE Awards have recognized companies that demonstrate rigorous application of customer feedback processes and outstanding performance that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
