Throughout the year the B&GA customer support team was busy with customer meetings, operator conferences and trade shows to stay connected with our customers and address their service needs.
This month we had the opportunity to meet with customers at our final 2008 Operator Conferences held in Scottsdale, Arizona and Houston, Texas. Both of these events were well attended by our operators, including maintenance personnel and chief pilots, and provide us the chance to create new and enhance existing customer relationships.
We always look forward to these face-to-face events to meet with many of our key customers and get their feedback on the progress where making in customer service and in delivering a great customer experience. As we’ve mentioned before, we continuously look to our customers’ feedback as a leading indicator to measure our performance and determine if we’re focusing our technology and people on what is important to them.
As we look forward to 2009, our team is planning a total of 25 conferences worldwide.
