This time of year the Air Transport & Regional Customer Support team is busy preparing for a series of operator conferences in the US and overseas to stay connected with our customers and address their service needs.
These events give us the chance to create new and enhance existing customer relationships. I look forward to these face-to-face events to meet with many of our key customers and get their feedback on the progress where making in customer service and in delivering a great customer experience. We continuously look to our customers’ feedback as a leading indicator to measure our performance and determine if we’re focusing our technology and people on what’s important to them.
Past participants have found the conferences to be a valuable forum for talking directly with Honeywell product experts as well as exchanging information with other Airbus and Boeing aircraft operators.
