Honeywell supports Operators in Beijing
Brian Davis, Vice President – Global Technical Operations
Our team is busy preparing to support our operators who plan to fly into Beijing International Airport to attend the games Aug. 8-24. We’ll have a dedicated team of Field Service Engineers and Customer & Product Support representatives to greet customers and assist with any technical or customer service challenges.
Based on positive feedback from our operators who flew to Phoenix earlier this year to attend the Superbowl and FBR golf tournament, we’re planning a repeat performance to provide a full staff of dedicated resources to ensure their aircraft is ready to fly.
With industry experts forecasting a large volume of business aviation operators flying into Beijing, we’ll be there in full force to shake the hands of customers and let them know that we are there for them if they require us for any service needs. We also plan to expand the shift coverage at our Phoenix-based 24x7 Technical Operations Center to assist with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, and will have mechanical and avionics systems spares available to manage any potential issues that may arise.
In addition to having refreshments available, operators can also preview Honeywell’s Runway Awareness and Advisory System (RAAS) and Gulfstream’s Synthetic Vision-Primary Flight Display (SV-PFD) based on Honeywell’s Integrated Primary Flight Display (IPFD) technology from our team of experts, as well as other product and services information.
I hope you have an opportunity to attend the event!
Brian
