June is already upon us and for many in Customer & Product Support it means making final preparations for the upcoming 47th Paris Air Show that will be held June 18 - 22 at the Le Bourget Airport in France.
This event provides us the opportunity to create new and enhance existing customer relationships. It also gives me the chance to meet with many of our key customers and get their feedback on the progress we’re making on our initiatives and in delivering a great customer experience. The results from soliciting feedback from our customers are one of many indicators we use to measure our performance and to make sure we’re still focusing our resources to work on what’s important for our customers.
Honeywell’s show theme this year focuses on our ability to anticipate customer needs and provide a total solution fit for the specific requirements of each customer. This total solution includes positioning assets in the right places and placing customer support where our customers are located and where they fly. The recent launch of our Technical Operations Center provides a 24 x 7 technical resource to our customers and complements our Global Customer Care organization greatly simplifying the customer experience.
At Honeywell’s exhibit booth, glass walls will feature solutions for service, reliability, safety and value. Each wall will contain an interactive plasma display highlighting specific products to show how Honeywell creates value for customers. Members of our Customer & Product Support team will be available to assist with any questions you may have about our customer support solutions and to demonstrate our leading aviation technology and developments in civil, defense and private aviation.
