Hello, I’m Adrian Paull, vice president of the Honeywell Aerospace Customer & Product Support organization and one of the most enjoyable parts of my job is meeting employees and customers to share information and exchange ideas on ways we can make improvements in customer service.
Right now, you’re probably asking yourself why I’ve joined the millions of others to start a blog. It’s quite simple!
In mid-2005, our Aerospace organization went through a major restructuring effort to simplify how we do business with our customers. For our customer service organization, it meant our customers had difficulty accessing us and we had difficulty serving them, so we’re aligning ourselves to serve our customers more effectively.
We’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and with improvements happening in our organization every day, this blog is designed to provide another means to communicate the changes, and receive comments and input from our external audiences. I'll also invite other leaders from our Customer and Product Support team to participate in this blog, which gives you the opportunity to hear opinions from leadership across our organization.
We’ve read the comments posted to other executive blogs that describe situations where many leaders are unaware of customer complaints and issues, and how newly created customer service write-in comment and complaint boxes go unanswered.
Our customer service leadership team will set out to demonstrate our commitment and responsiveness to our customers with outstanding service and support. One example is our “Straight to the Top” e-mail box tool designed to deliver your questions, concerns and/or feedback directly to the leadership team within the Customer Service organization.
In cases where you’re not satisfied with the response you’ve received, send us your telephone number and I will contact you directly and we can discuss what happened. I assure you that our Customer & Product Support team is working diligently to understand and support your business needs and drive to a quick resolution.
We invite you to share your comments and feedback as we venture out into the blogging community. As we move forward, we plan to make enhancements and updates to this site on a frequent basis based on your input and what you want to see and hear from us.
Please make sure to bookmark our new blog, there’s more to come!
